Check in customers and classes from the dashboard

Mark attendance straight from the day's schedule. Open a class to check in the whole roster, or open a booking to mark the customer attended or a no-show.

The day's schedule on your dashboard now doubles as the front desk's check-in screen. Select any class to open its roster and check people in one tap at a time, or select a regular booking to mark that customer attended. There is no need to open the calendar.

What's new

  • Select a class from the day's schedule to open its check-in roster.
  • Mark each participant attended or a no-show with one tap, or use Mark all to check in everyone at once.
  • Expand a participant to see their phone number, payment status and package, and call a no-show right from the roster.
  • Select a regular booking to mark the customer attended or a no-show from its quick overview.

How to use it

  1. Open your dashboard and find the session in the day's schedule.
  2. Select a class to open its roster, then tap the check mark as each person arrives, or choose Mark all.
  3. For a single booking, select it and use the Attended or No show buttons.

Coaches get their own dashboard

Coaches now open a dashboard focused on their own sessions, so they can see the bookings and classes tied to them at a glance.

Coaches now land on a dashboard when they open the app, showing the bookings and classes that belong to them. Instead of the whole venue's activity, each coach sees just their own schedule, giving them a clear view of what is coming up.

What's new

  • Coaches have a Dashboard entry in the sidebar and open it by default.
  • The dashboard's booking and class lists are limited to each coach's own sessions.
  • Head coaches keep the full, unfiltered view across the whole venue.

Set up a discount while booking

Give a customer a one-off discount straight from the booking drawer — no need to leave and set it up separately first.

When you are taking a booking for a customer, you can now create a discount on the spot and apply it to that booking in one step. Pick a percentage or a fixed amount, enter the value, and it is added to the booking right away.

What's new

  • Create a percentage or fixed-amount discount from the Add-Ons & Discounts section of the booking drawer.
  • The discount is applied to the booking immediately — no round-trip through add-ons setup.
  • These discounts stay internal, so customers never see them on their side.
  • Manual discounts now show their exact percentage or amount instead of a placeholder value.

How to use it

  1. Open a booking, or start a new one, from the booking calendar.
  2. In the Add-Ons & Discounts section, choose percentage or a fixed amount and enter the value.
  3. Select Apply — the discount is created and added to this booking.

Assign sports to a location

Businesses with more than one venue can now tie a sport or activity to a single location, so it only appears where you actually offer it.

If you run more than one venue, a sport no longer has to be offered everywhere. Assign it to a specific location and it will only show up for that venue's spaces, pricing and classes. Leave it on "All locations" to keep it available everywhere, exactly as before.

What's new

  • Assign any sport to a single location, or keep it available at all locations.
  • See each sport's location at a glance in the sports list.
  • Location-specific sports only appear for that venue's spaces, packages and classes.
  • Single-venue businesses see no change — sports stay available everywhere by default.

Ask for help with a support request

Send the team a support request when you need help or have a question — a new option alongside reporting a bug or requesting a feature.

The feedback dialog now does more than bugs and ideas. When you're stuck or have a question, choose "Support request" to reach the team directly. Your request appears in the "My reports" tab with its status, and you'll get an email when there's a reply.

What's new

  • Pick "Support request" as a third option when you open the feedback dialog.
  • Describe what you need help with and set how urgently you need it.
  • Follow your support request and any replies from the "My reports" tab.
  • Get an email confirmation and updates as the team responds.

Edit staff details & pause access

Fix a team member's name, sign-in email or phone, and switch a member's access off and on again without removing them.

You can now manage your team more directly from the Members page. Update a staff member's name, sign-in email or phone in one place, and temporarily switch off someone's access — for a member on leave or between shifts — then switch it back on when they return, with no need to delete and re-invite them.

What's new

  • Edit a team member's name, sign-in email and phone number.
  • Deactivate a member to instantly revoke their access to your business.
  • Reactivate a deactivated member to restore their exact role and access.
  • The account owner can never be deactivated, so you can't lock yourself out.

Small improvements

A handful of quality-of-life improvements across the app.

  • See bug reports and feature requests submitted by your teammates, and follow each conversation.
  • Attach short videos — not just screenshots — to bug reports and replies.
  • Mark class attendance straight from the collapsed participant row on the calendar.
  • Choose your Wafeq branch during accounting setup so invoices post to the right branch.
  • Price overtime coaching sessions at your peak rate.
  • Choose whether customers see the number of spots left on each class — Full and waitlist labels always show.
  • Managers can now switch each team member's notifications on or off from Settings → Notifications.
  • Row actions on your management lists are now clearly labelled and always visible, and Delete or Archive has moved inside each item's edit panel — behind a confirmation, so it's harder to remove something by accident.
  • Finance team members now also see the Overview and Bookings & Customers screens, not just the finance reports.
  • Booking history, customer and package lists now show a clear View button on each row, so opening a record's details is no longer a hidden click.

Odoo accounting & e-invoicing

Connect Odoo to record your paid bookings as invoices — with automatic Jordan (JoFotara) e-invoicing for the businesses that need it.

You can now choose Odoo to manage your accounting and invoicing. Paid bookings post to Odoo automatically as invoices, and businesses in Jordan can clear those invoices to JoFotara automatically once setup is complete.

What's new

  • Choose Odoo as your accounting provider alongside the existing options.
  • Paid bookings post to Odoo automatically as invoices.
  • Businesses in Jordan clear invoices to JoFotara automatically after setup.
  • Map your taxes, journals, income accounts and payment types during a guided setup.

Policy acceptance & custom terms at checkout

Ask customers to accept your cancellation policy and terms before they book, and write your own policy text in English and Arabic.

You can now require customers to agree to your cancellation policy and terms before a booking goes through, and replace the automatic policy text with your own wording shown right on the booking page.

What's new

  • Turn on a checkbox customers must tick — agreeing to your cancellation policy and terms — before any booking is confirmed.
  • Write your own cancellation policy shown to customers instead of the automatic one.
  • Write your own terms & conditions shown in a pop-up on the booking page.
  • Add both in English and Arabic, or leave them empty to keep the automatic policy and standard terms link.

Finance team role

Give finance staff a focused role that shows only your payments, settlements, e-invoices and revenue reports.

You can now give finance staff a dedicated role limited to the money side of your business. A Finance member sees only the Finance area and nothing else — no bookings, classes, members or settings.

What's new

  • Assign the new Finance role when inviting or editing a team member.
  • Finance members see only payments, settlements, e-invoices, reconciliation and revenue reports.
  • They have no access to bookings, classes, members, settings or invites.
  • Scope a finance member to a single location, just like your other roles.

Small improvements

A handful of quality-of-life improvements across the app.

  • Reach your personal account settings straight from the menu in the mobile admin app.

July 21, 2026

Set a customer's password

When a customer is locked out and the reset email isn't reaching them, set a new password for them directly from their profile.

Sometimes a customer can't get into their account and the usual "Forgot password" email just isn't reaching them. An account owner can now set a new password for that customer directly from their Customer Details — so you can get them booking again on the spot. The customer can still change it themselves whenever they like.

What's new

  • Set a new password for a customer directly from their Customer Details — no reset email needed.
  • The customer can still change it themselves later using "Forgot password".
  • Available to account owners, and only for your venue's own customers.

July 21, 2026

Small improvements

A handful of quality-of-life improvements across the app.

  • When you send a feature request, you can now set how important it is — from nice-to-have to something you need to run your business — so we know what to prioritise.
  • Importing package balances now shows each package's category next to its name when you match your file's rows, so it's easier to pick the right one when two packages share a name.
  • If you run family memberships, you can now add a child to a customer straight from their profile.
  • On multi-venue setups, you can tag each home-screen quick action to a specific venue so it only shows there.
  • You can now attach screenshots when you reply to one of your bug reports or feature requests.

Export your booking history and customer list

The Booking History and Customers pages now have their own Export buttons — download exactly the records you're viewing, with the columns and date range you choose.

You no longer have to ask anyone to pull a list for you. The Booking History and Customers pages each have an Export button that hands you a spreadsheet of the records currently matching your search and filters — with a date range and the exact columns you pick.

What's new

  • Export your booking history to a spreadsheet — it follows the search, location and date range you've set.
  • Export your customer list to a spreadsheet — following the current search and customer-type filter, and you can narrow it to a joined-date range.
  • Choose exactly which columns to include on each export, and your choice is remembered next time.
  • Schools also get Club Code and Club Name columns on the booking history export.

How to use it

  1. Open Booking History or Customers and set your search and filters.
  2. Click Export, then choose a date range and the columns you want.
  3. Click Export inside the dialog to download the spreadsheet.

July 20, 2026

Export your bookings to a spreadsheet

Download the bookings you're viewing as a spreadsheet — with a date range and the exact columns you choose — straight from the calendar.

The booking calendar now has an Export button. It hands you a spreadsheet of the bookings currently in view, so you can share a schedule, reconcile payments, or build your own report without asking anyone to pull the data for you. Schools also get Club Code and Club Name columns for each facility.

What's new

  • Export the bookings you're viewing to a spreadsheet file — it follows the calendar's current date range, location, court and coach filters.
  • Set a different span with a date picker or a quick preset — today, the last 7 days, or this month.
  • Choose exactly which columns to include — customer details, payment status, amounts, add-ons, coach, notes and more — and your choice is remembered next time.
  • Class sessions are broken out to one row per enrolled customer, each with their own attendance and payment, so registers export cleanly.

July 20, 2026

Import your customers and package balances

Bring your customer list and remaining package credits over from a previous system with two guided import wizards — no spreadsheets emailed to support, no manual re-entry.

Moving to Zameel from another system used to mean re-typing every customer and every remaining package by hand. Now you can upload your existing exports directly. The wizards read your file in your browser, show you exactly what will happen, and only save once you confirm.

What's new

  • Import your customer list from an Excel or CSV export — existing people are matched by phone number, so no one is duplicated and no messages are sent.
  • Bring over remaining package credits, with their expiry and purchase dates, and add them to customers you already have.
  • Match your file's columns to the right fields and see a full preview — new, already known, needs review, and problems — before anything is saved.
  • Download a list of any rows that need attention, fix them, and import again; rows that already came in are skipped automatically.

How to use it

  1. Open Customers (or Packages) and click Import.
  2. Upload your Excel or CSV file, then match each column to the matching field.
  3. Review the summary of what will happen, then start the import — keep the window open until it finishes.

See every notification you've sent

A new Sent Notifications log lists every WhatsApp, email and in-app message the system sent for you, with the delivery status of each one.

When a customer says they never got a confirmation or reminder, you can now check for yourself. The Sent Notifications log records every message the system dispatched — to customers, coaches and your own staff — so you always have a clear record of what went out and whether it was delivered.

What's new

  • A filterable, paginated log of every message sent, with its channel, recipient and status.
  • Narrow the list by delivery status, by channel, or by searching for a specific customer.
  • Open any entry to see a preview of exactly what was sent and when.
  • For messages sent to several staff at once, see a per-person breakdown — including anyone skipped because they had no phone or email on file.

July 20, 2026

More control over when packages can be used

When you create a package you can now choose whether customers must complete their sessions before it expires or only book before then, set a fixed validity window, and let customers pick their own start date.

Packages used to work one way: as long as a customer booked before the expiry date, the session could fall any time after it. Now you decide how the deadline works, so a package's value matches how you actually run it.

What's new

  • Choose a redemption window per package: “attend by expiry” means sessions must be completed before the package expires, while “book by expiry” only requires the booking to be made in time.
  • Give a package a fixed validity window with real start and end dates — ideal for a seasonal pass that is only valid for a specific month.
  • Let customers choose their own start date at checkout, so a package's clock starts when they want it to.
  • Packages whose window has already ended are automatically hidden from the customer catalogue.

July 20, 2026

Small improvements

A handful of quality-of-life improvements across the app.

  • Create a staff account directly with a password you set, instead of only sending an email invite — and reset a team member's password from the Members page.
  • Add an Arabic name to a pricing template so it reads correctly for Arabic-speaking customers.
  • Choose how many bookings to show per page when viewing a customer's history.
  • The settings sidebar and content now scroll independently, so the menu stays in view on long pages.
  • Add your business name in Arabic in Settings — it now shows in the browser tab, page title and link previews for customers browsing in Arabic.
  • When you add a booking across multiple locations, filter the court list by location — and each court now shows its venue, so identically-named courts are easy to tell apart.
  • Schools can now see which club each transaction belongs to when reconciling payments — the reconciliation exports carry Club Code and Club Name columns, and the drill-down shows a Club column.
  • Booking exports now break out tax with an amount-before-VAT column and a VAT column on both the calendar and booking history exports, and schools also get Region and City columns.

July 16, 2026

Manage class schedules from the class list

Expand any class in the list to see its schedules, and add a new one right from the row — no need to open the class first.

Setting up when a class runs is now part of the Classes list itself. Each class expands to reveal its recurring schedules, and every row has its own Add New Schedule button, so you can build out a class's timetable without leaving the page.

What's new

  • Expand any class in the list to see all of its schedules inline.
  • Add a new schedule straight from a class row with Add New Schedule.
  • A schedule you just added opens automatically so you can review it right away.
  • Edits and deletions update the list in place, so it always reflects the latest schedules.

July 15, 2026

See fixed-slot package schedules at a glance

The Packages list now shows the recurring day, time and coach for each fixed-slot package, and you can filter it by coach or day.

For packages that run on a fixed weekly schedule, you no longer have to open each one to remember when its sessions take place. The Packages list now carries a Schedule column and quick filters, so you can find the right sessions in seconds.

What's new

  • A Schedule column on the Packages list shows the recurring day, time and coach for every fixed-slot package.
  • Sessions that share the same time and coach are grouped together, so a package running several days a week reads as one tidy line.
  • Filter the list by coach to see only the packages a given coach runs.
  • Filter by one or more days of the week to focus on the sessions that fall on those days.

July 15, 2026

Small improvements

A handful of quality-of-life improvements across the app.

  • The package details view now shows when a fixed-slot session was postponed — the date it moved from and to — without changing the customer's remaining credits.

July 14, 2026

See where your package money sits

A clearer picture of package money — what you've collected, earned as sessions are used, still owe customers, lost to expiry, or refunded — across your whole business and per package.

Prepaid packages are money you collect now but earn over time. The Packages report now follows that money all the way through, so you can see how much is genuinely earned, how much you still owe customers in unused sessions, and how much has quietly expired.

What's new

  • A new end-to-end summary of package money: what you've collected, earned as sessions are used, are still holding for customers, have lost to expiry, and refunded.
  • Per-package columns for cash collected in the period, value customers still hold (deferred), and value lost to expiry (breakage).
  • Headline tiles now highlight cash collected this period and the amount still owed on active packages.
  • Packages with activity in the period — even just an expiry — now always appear in the breakdown.

Accept card payments with HyperPay

Connect HyperPay as your card payment provider, and find your payment and domain settings gathered together in the new Integrations hub.

You can now take card payments through HyperPay — enter your Entity ID and access token and you're ready to go. We've also brought payment keys, webhooks, custom domains and email sending together under one Integrations area, so everything is easier to find.

What's new

  • Connect HyperPay by entering your Entity ID and access token, with optional mada channel, base URL and webhook decryption key.
  • Your HyperPay access token is stored encrypted and never shown again.
  • A copy-ready notification URL to register in the HyperPay back office so payment events reach your account.
  • Payments and Domains & Email now live together under Integrations in your settings.

July 14, 2026

Convert a booking between court and class

Turn a paid court booking into a coached class — or move class participants into a court booking — and carry everyone's payment across automatically.

When plans change — a group can't find a fourth player, or a private slot should become a coached session — you no longer have to cancel, refund, and rebook by hand. Convert the booking in place and each person's payment moves with them.

What's new

  • Convert a court booking into a group class, or class participants into a court booking, in a few clicks
  • Each person's payment transfers in full, and any price difference is collected or credited through the normal flows
  • When someone paid more than the new price, the surplus becomes a one-time discount for their next visit — never a manual refund
  • Create the destination class session on the spot, or move people into an existing one

July 14, 2026

Notify coaches when a session is cancelled

Coaches now get a clear WhatsApp message when a session on their schedule is cancelled, instead of a confusingly worded confirmation.

Previously, cancelling a coached session reused the booking-confirmation message, which read as though the session were still on. There is now a dedicated cancellation notice for coaches — and until you set it up, they receive nothing rather than a misleading message.

What's new

  • A new "Coach Session Cancelled" WhatsApp template for your coaches and trainers
  • Sent to the coach when a session assigned to them is cancelled, showing the customer, session, date and time
  • Managed alongside your other message templates in WhatsApp settings

July 14, 2026

Small improvements

A handful of quality-of-life improvements across the app.

  • When converting a customer's package you can now upgrade the player tier — for example private to a group — and the price updates automatically.
  • The Peak vs off-peak chart on your reports now shows the booked hours in each period alongside the revenue split.
  • The Setup Assistant keeps your latest message in view and adds a "Jump to latest" button for long replies.
  • You can now add or change your account phone number from personal settings, confirmed with a verification code.
  • Every staff member — including coaches — can now manage their own notification preferences from a dedicated page, reached with a quick shortcut from the notification bell.
  • Studios and class-only venues no longer see private-rental pricing options when adding or editing a space.

July 7, 2026

Swap a customer's package

Convert an existing package into a different one — the customer's remaining value carries over automatically.

When you restructure your offerings, your customers' prepaid packages no longer have to be dead ends. You can now convert a customer's package into any other package, and the value of their unused sessions carries into the new one.

What's new

  • Convert a customer's package into a different one directly from its details view
  • The remaining value carries over automatically, with a preview of the difference before you confirm
  • If the new package costs more, collect just the difference; if it costs less, grant the leftover as a one-time discount
  • The customer's payment history stays accurate — nothing is double-charged or double-invoiced

July 7, 2026

Customer-specific discounts

Grant a discount to one customer that applies automatically on their next booking.

Sometimes one customer deserves a personal gesture — a goodwill credit, a compensation, a loyalty reward. You can now grant a discount to a specific customer, and it applies by itself the next time they book.

What's new

  • A new "Grant to a customer" option when creating a discount
  • The discount is bound to that customer only and applies automatically at their next booking — no code to share or remember
  • Usage limits keep it to exactly as many bookings as you intend
  • Granted discounts show a badge and the customer's name in your discounts list

How to use it

  1. Open Add-ons from the sidebar and go to Discount codes.
  2. Add a new discount and choose "Grant to a customer".
  3. Search for the customer and set the amount and how many times it can be used.
  4. Done — it's applied automatically the next time that customer books.

Website Builder

Design your own public landing page from ready-made sections — no developer needed.

Your public website is now yours to design. The new Website Builder lets you compose the landing page your customers see from ready-made sections and publish it whenever you're ready.

What's new

  • A new Website section in Settings with a visual, block-based editor
  • Ready-made sections for hero banners, offerings, and contact details
  • Templates to start from, so a polished page takes minutes
  • Publish when ready — until then, visitors keep seeing your booking page

How to use it

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Select Website.
  3. Start from a template, then add, edit, or reorder sections to match your brand.
  4. Publish the page when you're happy with it.

July 6, 2026

Membership applications page

Pending membership applications now have their own review queue.

Reviewing new membership applications is now a focused task instead of a filter on your members list. Pending applications live on their own page, ordered so the longest-waiting applicant is always on top.

What's new

  • A Membership Applications page in the sidebar, with a badge showing how many are waiting
  • Search and plan filters to find a specific application quickly
  • Oldest-first ordering so nobody waits unnoticed
  • Approve or reject from the same detail view you already know
  • Your memberships dashboard now shows active members only

How to use it

  1. Open Membership Applications from the sidebar — the badge shows the pending count.
  2. Use search or the plan filter to narrow the queue if needed.
  3. Open an application to review it, then approve or reject it on the spot.

July 6, 2026

Bank transfer payments

Record bank transfers as their own payment method on bookings and memberships.

Customers who pay by bank transfer no longer need workarounds. Bank Transfer is now a first-class payment method you can record on bookings and memberships, kept separate from card payments in your reporting.

What's new

  • A Bank Transfer option when recording a payment on a booking or membership
  • Assigning a membership can be settled by bank transfer in the same step
  • Transfers reconcile under their own payment method, so your reports separate them from card revenue
  • A membership settled by transfer is recognized as paid everywhere — the customer is never asked to pay again

How to use it

  1. Open the booking or membership you want to settle.
  2. Choose to record a payment and select Bank Transfer as the method.
  3. Confirm — the item is marked paid and the transfer shows under its own method in your reports.

Setup checklist and how-to guides

A guided onboarding checklist and a searchable library of step-by-step guides for your team.

Getting your workspace fully set up no longer requires guesswork. A new Onboarding page tracks everything left to configure, and a guide library walks you or your team through any task on demand.

What's new

  • An Onboarding page in the sidebar with a checklist of your remaining setup tasks
  • Tasks tick themselves off automatically as you complete the real setup
  • "Show me how" on checklist items launches an interactive walkthrough of that exact task
  • A searchable how-to guide library covering everyday tasks beyond setup

How to use it

  1. Open Onboarding from the sidebar to see what's left to set up.
  2. Select "Show me how" on any task to be walked through it step by step.
  3. Browse the guide library from the same page whenever you need a refresher on any task.

Coach session log and earned revenue

A per-session coaching log, with package revenue recognized on the session date.

Your coaching reports now tell you what each session was actually worth. A new session log lists every coaching session with its attendance and revenue, and prepaid package value is counted on the day the session happens — not the day the package was sold.

What's new

  • A per-session coaching log showing attendance and the revenue earned in that session
  • Package sessions show their position in the pack (for example, session 3 of 10) with the matching share of the package price
  • Coaching revenue tabs now recognize package value as it is consumed, so a busy month shows as a busy month
  • Direct payments and package-funded sessions appear side by side

How to use it

  1. Open your Analytics Dashboard from the sidebar.
  2. Go to the coaching section.
  3. Review the session log — each row shows the session, who attended, and what it earned.

Discount codes for packages

Customers can now redeem your promo codes when buying packages.

Your promo codes now work on package purchases. Run a promotion on your class packs and session bundles, and customers apply the code right at checkout.

What's new

  • Discount codes can now be applied when customers buy packages
  • A code field at package checkout shows customers their discounted total before paying
  • Usage limits and validity windows work the same way as your other discount codes

How to use it

  1. Open Add-ons from the sidebar.
  2. Go to the Discount codes tab and add a new code.
  3. Choose the discount mode and amount, plus any usage limits.
  4. Share the code with your customers — they enter it when buying a package.
